The first step in the editing process is to upload your manuscript on Asia Science Editing’s website or email us your manuscript in order to receive a free quote. Our price is calculated from the total word count of the manuscript.
When sending us your manuscript, you should include:
- Your personal contact information including your name, work postal address, telephone number, email address and backup email address
- Your area of research
- The title of your article
- The titles of the target journals that you intend to submit your manuscript to
- All tables and figures
- Any previous reviewer comments
- The manuscript’s list of references.
Within one working day of receipt of your manuscript Asia Science Editing will email you a quotation including a date for the return of your edited manuscript. Typically, manuscripts containing less than 5000 words are returned in 8 working days, up to 10,000 are returned in 10 working days. Please contact us for more information on manuscripts larger than 10,000 words.
To accept our quotation and terms and conditions, simply reply to our quotation email with your confirmation. Alternatively, email us any queries you may have regarding the quotation.
Once you accept the quotation your manuscript will be assigned to an experienced editor particular to your academic field who will edit and return your paper to you. The edited manuscript will be returned to you via email by the date provided in the quotation. The editor will communicate with you personally on any queries which may arise during the editing process and will supply you with detailed feedback in relation to your paper.
When your manuscript has been edited and returned to you, Asia Science Editing will send you an invoice with payment instructions.
